Warrant Agreement Terms & Conditions
WOWTIGER TECHNOLOGY LIMITEDWowtiger Technology Limited (Hereinafter referred to as “WOWTIGER“), in line with “customer first, quality first” principle of service, provides you with timely, convenient, enthusiastic and perfect after-sales service in accordance with its warranty agreement terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”). In order to protect your own rights and interests, please read carefully.
I. Service Commitments
Once the customer purchase WOWTIGER’s new energy products, if the defect in or failure of the product’s performance is not attributable to the buyer’s misuse, abuse, accident or non-observance of the product instructions and manuals, WOWTIGER will implement the relevant provisions of this article, as follows:
1.1 Replacement policy: product failure due to material and manufacturing faults, occurred within thirty days from the date of purchase and verified by WOWTIGER’s after-sales service center, provided that the product itself as well as shell has no obvious scratches, WOWTIGER’s after-sales service center will provide replacement services.
1.2 Free maintenance policy: during the warranty period any product or component which is proved to be faulty or defective in manufacture, will be repaired or replaced free;
1.3 Paid maintenance policy: after the expiration of the warranty period, provided the maintenance conditions permit, the maintenance service will be provided with charges .
II. Services Coverage
2.1 Service policy under warranty
2.1.1 After product is purchased, provided it is correctly installed and commissioned in accordance with the installation instructions/manuals of the product, if product failure occurred within thirty days from the date of purchase and verified by WOWTIGER’s after-sales service center, WOWTIGER’s after-sales service center will provide replacement services free of charge provided that the product itself as well as shell has no obvious scratches.
2.1.2 The product warranty policy is as follows.
(1) Inverter: five (5) years warranty.
(2) Lithium battery: five (5) years warranty.
(3) Photovoltaic panels and wires: ten (10) years warranty.
(4) All products: lifetime paid maintenance service after the warranty period.
Note: Standard five years’ warranty for all spare parts, with labour to be charged only from the third year.
2.1.3 In order to better protect the rights and interests of users, users are requested to register in our after-sales service at our website. If you can’t register successfully, please contact our online customer service or sales manager to deal with it.
2.1.4 During the warranty period, if there is a need for after-sales maintenance, the customer can contact the local company/store’s after-sales customer service by phone to report the repair.
2.1.5 Alternative machine replacements shall be applicable from the 2nd month till the 24th month from the date of purchase, the faulty machine will be repaired with the parts and labour free of charge
2.2 Out-of-warranty service policy
2.2.1 If it is beyond the product’s warranty period, but in the case of repair conditions allowed, the user can contact customer service for paid repairs. “Repair conditions allow” includes, but is not limited to the circumstance that the products have maintenance value and sufficient stock of spare parts and materials available etc. “paid maintenance” means that the user should bear the necessary costs such as maintenance fees, accessories, and freight.
III. Statement of Services
In order to better provide you with efficient and convenient services, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
3.1 After-sales acceptance issues
3.1.1 At time of claiming warranty, the buyer/user shall contact seller and provide

Invoice for the procurement of the Product;

Product serial number and initial installation date;

Provide the log data recorded by the Products to indicate whether to achieve the minimum capacity;

Seller may require buyer to complete root analysis testing of the product to provide evidence supporting the claim;
3.1.2 After the claim, final verification of the claim will be made by WOWTIGER. The seller reserves the right to refuse exchange requests where adequate information is not provided.

In case of Non-availability of any particular product while claiming warranty, WowTiger may, at its discretion, replace the Product with a refurbished product or different product or parts with quivalent/similar functions and performance.

It is also made clear that replacement of the battery, components or products may not be brand new but with same quality and specifications as compliant/equivalent with the claimed product specifications.
3.2 exemption clause
The following situations are not covered by the product warranty and WOWTIGER shall not be responsible for them:3.2.1 The main unit of the product has been subjected to abnormal or incorrect use, abnormal conditions, improper or unauthorized disassembly or alteration, damage caused by installation, or risk of inherited damage, such as failure to follow the instructions and guidelines for use, water ingress into the product, ingress of dust, disassembling or repairing the product by itself, dropping the product, etc.
3.2.2 The power supply is reversed, the voltage is too high, or the main body of the product is damaged by obvious human negligence.
3.2.3 Product damage due to natural disasters, lightning, floods, seismic accidents, and other force majeure factors.
3.2.4 Concealment of improper or abnormal use of the product, water ingress of the product, or other situations where there is a risk of malfunction, resulting in failure of repair or malfunction after testing and repair.
3.2.5 Any product not sold through our authorized channels, model number and manufacturing number marked on the product have been altered, deleted, moved, or are illegible.
3.2.6 Machines that have been repaired by a center other than our authorized repair center.
3.2.7 Damage to the product caused by external forces, such as falling, crushing, immersion in water, bending, etc.
3.2.8 Failures not caused by the product.
3.2.9 Products that have exceeded the warranty period and have been discontinued, have no related spare parts available for repair or have no repair value.
3.2.10 Seriously deformed, damaged, or dusty in appearance, with damage to the original form or affecting the internal structure so that no longer worth repairing. 3.2.11 If you apply for an replacement service in an online shopping mall, please make sure to use your purchase account and order to initiate the after-sale application in the purchasing platform shop. If you purchase from an offline agent shop, please contact the shop you purchased from or contact our company’s after-sale phone number/email/public number/ for processing.3.2.12 If you fail to provide valid proof of purchase, we have the right to reject your after-sales application. (Including, but not limited to, services such as warranties, replacement, returns, etc.).
3.2.13 Due to logistics reasons, if you transport the product by yourself to a region other than WOWTIGER’s after-sales area, WOWTIGER has the right not to accept the after-sales claim.
IV. After-sales Services Costs
4.1 Courier costs under warranty
During the warranty period, WOWTIGER is to bear the courier cost if the product is within the original warranty period (excluding the extended warranty), while for extended warranty period it is the user who bears the courier costs.
4.2 Out-of-warranty costs
Beyond the warranty period or if the product is within the warranty period but does not meet the warranty conditions, the user shall bear the corresponding after-sales costs. The after-sale cost of the product includes a maintenance fee, packaging fee, and courier fee.
4.3 non-quality costs
Warranty is limited to the quality problems for the main part or accessories of the product. If the main part, accessories, and shell has no quality issues, but replacement of a new shell or accessories is requested by the users, then the corresponding material costs and other necessary costs need to be charged.
V. Instructions to users as to after-sales service
5.1 After-sales service cycle
Product testing cycle time is generally 3-5 working days, and the repair cycle time for general faults is generally 1-5 working days, a serious failure repair cycle for more than 10 working days. In case of holidays, the repair cycle may be extended, please consult customer service.
After the user submits the repair request, please pay attention to the review information, and promptly send back the product or contact the local company /Store to arrange for in-home repairs.
5.2 Fellowship requirements
After communicating with our after-sales customer service and being confirmed that the product needs to be sent for repair, the user should properly pack the product to be sent for repair, to avoid damage to the bumps in the logistics process. When sending back the product, if the product accessories are not complete, please describe, and write the product details of the failure of the phenomenon, the use of the environment, provide proof of purchase, and indicate the users’ name, contact phone, and return address.
5.3 special circumstances
If the product has exceeded the warranty period or does not meet the conditions of the warranty, our after-sales service center will charge the relevant amount by confirming in advance.
After the product is sent back, please keep in touch with customer service, if failed to successfully contact the user due to incomplete information , the product may fail to be sent for repair, or returned to the original way and so on.
In the event of a return, the user should pack the product in accordance with the original packaging, to ensure that the appearance of the product is not scratched and damaged, no damage to the function, and manuals, accessories, gifts will be intact and sent back together. Scratched or damaged products which affecting the second sale, WOWTIGER has the right to refuse the user’s application for return or replacement.
VI. Special announcements
6.1 These terms and conditions apply to all products manufactured and sold by WOWTIGER.
6.2 WOWTIGER reserves the right to interpret and amend these terms and conditions.

VII. Disclaimer
WOWTIGER shall not be liable for special, accidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of WOWTIGER’s products not in accordance with the product manuals and other specifications.
VIII. About Privacy
Respect for user privacy is a basic policy of WOWTIGER, WOWTIGER will not disclose, edit or reveal the user’s personal data information. In the process of after- sales service, we will collect the user’s name, telephone number, contact address, products purchased, and other information, which is only used for product delivery and repair courier, after-sales service communication, user satisfaction visits, research, and so on.
